    does he slot in as a 2nd line LW , I don't hear much about this kid and have never seen him play so what are expectations for this 1st rd. pick? thanks in advance for your thoughts

    Pretty sure he's a RW?

    Anyways, he might eventually slot to a second line player, but I'd say he's 2+ years away. He's been extremely inconsistent and had an awful year this year. He's got a long way to go before he's any type of regular NHLer, and he's not a for sure top 6

    thanks rataylor , I figured he might get a chance this year since the Flames are a little thin on the LW. Gonna have to be patient I guess.

    looking at his stats again it looks like he did well , (almost PPG) in his first season with Adirondack but something must have changed in Stockton. Seems strange that his stats would drop in his second year in the minors after doing well his first.

    Like I said. Very inconsistent. Lots of reports that his offseason last year was pretty poor (conditioning), and he needs to learn to "bring it" every night.

    I think he has been passed by one or two prospects, and as this coming year plays out, I could see him getting passed by more if he doesn't up his game.
