I agree with the others here, Panarin>Ghost>Dubois.
Dubois definitely gains value for a dynasty, but the other two have already shown us what they can do. Panarin has a great situation, and Ghost seems to be in one as well (just without the full year of production). I always prefer known quantities over potential. I also don't see too much of a supporting cast around Dubois for another two year or so in Columbus.
