I also can't see letting him go unless they can get a solid return.. But this is a tough one to predict.. I can see him pricing himself out of town, but I could also see him signing long term.. For fantasy implications I hope he is traded and given prime minutes.. But because I get to see the Jets live quite often, I want him to stay..

Prediction: Jets sign him to 6 year $30 million..

I think he will get a bridge deal. Cheveldayoff isn't know for making lots of deals involving shipping out his young players (with Evander Kane being the exception because of his attitude) so he'll offer Trouba a bridge deal to give him a few more years to either show he deserves something bigger, or get sent packing.

There are rumblings saying that Trouba is threatening to hold out if he isn't given a long term deal.. I don't get how he thinks he is worth more then Maata and Klingberg at this point..

I expect the Jets to move him as they won't reach a deal. He will then sign a long term deal. Destination? Anybody's guess - but wherever he goes, they covet him.

Other than B, I can't see any of those scenarios happening with those #s. I think if he signs long term in Wpg he will at least get Rielly money, perhaps a little more. He probabyl gets more than that in arbitration, and I also doubt he signs a bridge deal for that little. He'd ask to be traded before that.

Overhardt is his agent. That guy is the worst. He holds out for at least a month or is traded.
