Letang, then Taylor Hall, then Ryan O'Reilly in that order.
Canada really likes to find balance on their backend on the RHS vs LHS guys and thats why Muzzin is there I'd have to say; much like when Hamhuis was picked for the Olympics.
1. PK Subban
...big gap...
2. Taylor Hall
3. Mark Giordano
Love Thornton, wouldn't have had him on there. I wouldn't have had Jeff Carter either. And Claude Giroux would be a bubble player on my roster. Jake Muzzin is probably around 20th on my list of Canadian defenseman, what a weird pick.
I agree with leaving Corey Perry off.

Logan Couture is the biggest Canadian snub that no one is talking about. There is a reason he's leading the playoffs in scoring and his team is about to play for the Stanley Cup.

Great call chuck! Letang and Couture are the biggest snubs for me. Subban? I'm fine with him not being there - there is a difference between fantasy excellence and real life hockey excellence. Subban has flaws in his game that his coaches shelter him from. Doughty? Not so much. I think Muzzin is stronger for real than most of us perceive. Those coaches have their favs...

Letang is my pick, but I agree with Couture. Subban is an excellent player but there just isn't room for him.
Hall's omission is another one that really surprised me. I thought they would have much preferred having a skilled, speedy scoring winger over another slower C like Getz or Thornton.

Letang is definitely mine too.. Muzzin won't even be Doughty's partner during this tournament..
I would have liked to have seen O'Rielly/Couture instead of Giroux, just because Giroux just had a surgery..

There was not an under 23 snub post I could find, so I'm posting here. Fabbri, can't believe he didn't make it.

Jake Muzzin is not in the least an odd ball pick. When you remember Babcock is coaching this team, he insists on pairing lefties and righties. Keith and Pickels are the top 2 LHD Canada has, so who's next on the list? Top 3 would be Giordano, Brodie and Muzzin (not in any order). Who else deserves to be in that conversation?
So yeah, Letang and Subban are "snubs" but not really...hell no respect for Seabrook? Canada has more elite level right-handed defencemen than any other country in the world. As long as Babcock has a say in the team, they will continue to pick 4 righties and 3 lefties, and big name Dmen are going to sit at home and watch these tournaments.
Looks like there is someone else who feels that he was very wrongly snubbed from team Canada:

Subban and Couture for sure. I'm still a bit surprised that Corey Perry isn't getting any love. Isn't the fact that he plays regularly with Ryan Getzlaf, on the team btw, worth some consideration for Perry?
