This is a good question...two Band-Aid Boys. I would prefer Halak, but it's close

They are close but I would lean toward Bobs as he has less chance of losing the #1 role whereas Greiss is sneaking up on Halak.
Bob for me as well. Both are going to be hurt half the year but Greiss' play in the playoffs alone warrants him a look come next year.
I prefer Bobrovsky too.

if bob can regain his workhorse ways then he's the winner here .
the islanders beat writer arthur staple strongly suggested theres a rift between the isles and halak (didnt like his attitude and work ethic this year)so they might shop him .He has a reasonable salary with only 2 years left and could be a great 1a/b type for anyone
Bobrovsky for me as well.

I'll take the Halak side... both are injury concerns but Halak has the better team in front of him and will get you more Wins. With your settings, that's the most important stat to look at. They have identical career save % @ .917 but Halak has the edge GAA as well of 2.38 to 2.54. The Islanders D is significantly better than the Blue Jackets which should help limit the goals against as well.
Without me, it's only "aweso".
I'd go with Bob no doubt.

What's the option behind door #3?
If I had to pick between those two, I'd have to go with Bob. I never have and never will trust Halak from a performance standpoint.
I have a soft spot for Bob, and I would personally go with him, but the common sense in me says Halak, and I would advise that direction.

I would go with Halak.
I had Bob in another league and I expected great things from CBJ last year - but was let down. Halak has a better team in front of him and I don't see Greiss taking the #1 starting position even though Halak has had his share of injuries.
In your league settings you gain more with Halak as he will get more wins.
