For me the offer is not that bad. But I would keep Burns. Keep in mind that quantity does'nt equal quality.

In your format, it's not worth it. If you have to drop 10 guys on a given year, you will probably have to drop some players to make this deal work. In that sense, this is not a 1vs3... It should look more like a 3vs3.
You current roster has 27 players. From what I get from your signature, you must trim that down to 25 (Stempniak and Ellis would probably be my drops). After, 10 of your 25 have to be made available to all in the free agent draft. I can easily count 15 keepers from you list (see 15 names below as an example)

By adding 3 guys to your team, you are automatically exposing 2 of them (i.e. Rielly and Palmieri) and have to drop another 2 from your already exposed players (i.e. Coyle and Couturier). Like I said, to me, it's just not worth it...
