The pick should be 8th overall but also it could win the lottery. We do count FOW which makes LD valuable at 20 years old, do I have a fair deal here? if the pick isn't in the top 3 then Connor or Marner is an upgrade, and either could equal Leon......suppose that's the gamble isn't it.

LD > Marner in your league
so will Connor > the pick
worst case the forward you get will be Nylander/Mcleoud/Dubois etc who should be on par with Connor. best case you get one of the Finns/Matthews depending how your lottery works

Tough. I think I'd stand pat. Connor just screams "it factor" to me, and I don't know why.

Love Leo... But really like Marner and Connor. I think I'm leaning that way. But have no problem with you siding with Leo and the pick.

I think it's close and can go either way but I'd stick with what you have. I think Marner is going to be great

I do really like Draisaitl going forward.. But I think I would side with what I already know and take Connor and Marner over Draisaitl and the draft pick..
This is a very tough decision as every component of this deal is pretty much an unknown.. Yes Draisaitl has played some NHL games but not very many and definitely not enough to say "keep Draisaitl forsure".. This is going to be one of those threads we look back on 5 years from now and say, "wow, I was way off on those thoughts".. HaHa.. Good luck to you!!
