Most upside would be Perron, but that is a much higher risk. He will need to take a few steps forward before being NHL ready (in addition to being a much smaller winger). Amadio is much more likely to be up in the NHL sooner, with a more regular role. Think Cogliano, Stoll, D. Mooree type. Third line centre, responsible defensively, probably with a 40 point ceiling in his prime.
Really depends more what you're looking for, whether it be a safe play, or a boom/bust, as well as what categories your league counts.
