I think he's finally in the right park and in the right league. Health has been an issue in the past but he is certainly one of the highest upside pitchers on the waiver wire right now.
I'd drop Grichuk over Parra or Seager.

No way you should be dropping Seager over the other two. Out of them, I would be dropping Parra, as his job is a little less secure when Blackmon returns from his toe injury. When Grichuk brings his average up a little, his performance should speak for itself.

I think I'm going to go ahead and drop Parra here. The numbers don;t lie for Pomeranz and with Ross, EIckhoff and Nicasio I want to make sure i have a backup if/when one of them falters.
