Need some help with some potential FA pickups

looking for help with my fanstasy baseball team
Its a 12 manager, keep 8, H2H league

stats are:
R, H, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, AVG, SLAM
W, CG, SHO, SV, K, ERA, WHIP

My lineup:
C - Posey
1B - Ortiz
2B - Duffy
3B - Donaldson
SS - E. Suarez
OF - Harper
OF - Stanton
OF - Burns
Util - Dickerson (OF)
Util - K. Wong (2B)
Bench - S. Choo (already have McCullers in DL slot), T. Turner (is he worth holding onto until they call him up)

SP - Harvey
SP - Lester
RP - Rosenthal
RP - Rondon
P - Jeffress
P - A. Miller
P - Betances
P - Doolittle
Bench - J. Ross, Quintana, Rodon,
DL - McCullers

some FAs i'm interested in adding
Batters: Duda, Rasmus, B. Phillips (may be my best 2B option), M Upton
Pitchers: Porcello, H. Santiago(edit: recently claimed), Niese, Rich Hill

I know Miller and Betances are likely not going get many save chances once Chapman is back, but they still rack up the K's and keep my ERA and WHIP down.

Is it safe to drop Duffy and Wong for Phillips and Duda?
Is Doolittle done as the A's closer, hold onto him or drop for another SP/Bat)
Anyone else worthy of a drop in a 12 team league?

I would grab Duda for Choo. You have 4 OF already, so I don't see him playing much, and I like Duda's bat more anyways. Duffy for Phillips is a bit of a flip of a coin, but I would keep Wong for now. He can pick it up.
As for pitchers, I would probably hold tight for now, unless you are falling way behind in Wins and Ks.

I would sit tight, maybe drop Choo for Rasmus and Doolittle could probable safely be dropped but I don't know what I would pick up, Phillips maybe?
I would definitely look to trade some SP as your very strong there, but no glaring gaps to address either. Solid Team.

I’d cut bait on Choo. Mazara has looked great, so I can’t see the Rangers taking Maz out for Choo when he comes back. Platoons aren’t really what you need especially when there’s full time guys out there.
