Connor and Provorov for me. Best combo of safety/potential. Unless you absolutley need to win now then the Pastranak and Fabbri choices make more sense.

If you want long term gains, I like Connor and Provorov as 2 players with high upside and good potential to reach it. If you need guys that you can use next year with lower or equal potential, Pastrnak, Fabbri and Hanifin would be my choices. Long shots are DeAngelo and Barzal but their potential is tops amongst the list.
