Draft order. No matter how you do it it not gonna be close to perfect. Team A with 1st, 20, 30
Team J with 10,11, 21.

Certainly that is better than TEam A with 1st, 11th, 21st and team J with 10, 20, 30?

I'd consider it as well if there's a consensus.

Though the current draft order you present is incorrect. The current order is done snake-style: A has 1, 20 and 21 and J has 10,11 and 30.

There wasn't time to discuss any of this as metaldude wasn't doing it this year so I decided to take it over at the last minute. If we do this again next year, and there's enough notice (hint hint, remind me) then we could come up with an agreement.

Also, as Eskimo Brother said, it depends on the number of managers. With 30 teams, there are limited options as we need an equal number of teams each and no leftover teams. 6 is too small given the interest level and 15 seems too much as you'd only have 2 teams. That leaves us with 10 managers, which feels like the right amount anyway. However, of course that leaves us with an odd number of rounds, so I'd be happy to look into a different draft order IF everyone agrees. There are likely flaws with every scenario.

Yep. Both Chicago teams were near/at the top of the standings early on, but the Sox have really faded. Glad the Indians are starting to justify my second pick, but it's such a close division that a lot of movement could still be expected.
