Neuvirth took the crease.
Anyone knows what's the story with him? I might drop him as I need starts.
Neuvirth took the crease.
Yes, it looks like Neuvirth will get the majority of starts if he continues his strong level of play. That said, a few bad games and he might be fighting for starts again.

A temporary thing. Mason will retake the crease in short-order.

Hopefully he can take his crease back, hes my goalie in a money one year league, got forwards right away, bought low on defense and goalie....Peter Mrazek was undrafted....if i went with him it would be all but mine :O
He got injured and they rode the hot goalie in Neuvirth, Mason is still the #1 there. I don't know why so many question that when you look at his stats since joining Philly, they are incredible.

While I agree that Mason is still Philadelphia's #1, it doesn't really much matter in fantasy hockey. Players are owned due to production or more importantly what have they done lately. In Mason's case riding the pine for 1/2 a month wasn't getting it done. In my case I dropped his ass in order to stream backups just to keep pace for the playoffs. At it sits right now I'm in a race for the last wildcard spot. I don't think I would have been in this position if I would have kept Mason. I do hope that Mason does retake the crease. It gives me another option to pick up. In the mean time give me someone that can get me consistent starts.
