I actually like Matthias. He's not great, but he's always looked decent when I've watched him play, which admittedly hasn't been much this year. Good move for COL.

Avs need depth up front so this makes sense for them.

I agree. He's a big body who can play well in your bottom six and occasionally subbing in for a top six short term injury.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had 15 or more picks this summer.

I would guess at least a 2nd + decent prospect for PAP and another pick for Polak.

Good move on both sides. Matthias is a good bottom sixer, should help Colorado's depth. 4th is fair value for him imo.
