fantrax error - anyone else ?

logged in a few hours ago and noted my leagues standings were off the mark

leader was 15-2 and was showing different team in lead with 13-3 record .

after rolling up sleeves I noted somehow period 14 which should have been from jan 10 to jan 16 was set at jan 10 to jan 23.

anyways - reported the glitch and the neil dude tells me my league is in wk 17 , noy 18 to which I responded ....uhhhhh , impossible bro cause philly was 15-2 which means we're currently in wk 18 !

I'd love to know how the heck their system butchered some random week by making it 2 weeks long

Current "week" would depend on which partial weeks (if any) were combined. My league combined the first two weeks of the season and also the two weeks between the All Star weekend.

We're currently on week 17 and our standings are solid without any issues.

so , if you logged in and noticed standings were reflecting 16 weeks of games when you know damn well it should be 17 you wouldnt be a little concerned ?

I get that every league uses some combined weeks but I'm the commish ; I know when and where my combined weeks should be .

bottom line is it took me 10 miutes to find the glitch ? error ? Did they even bother checking or was their first instict to send me a fluff email stating ''hey man , its all good , its week 17 ''

I wasn't sure what you knew or didn't know about combined weeks. Just thought I'd give you some info on that and let you know that I wasn't having any issues.

12 hours later and nobodys touched based with me from fantrax to offer an update nor acknowledge theres a problem --we use PREMIUM

I also noticed they turned weeks 19 and 20 into 2 week long periods on top of week 14 .

issue has been fixed along with an apology sent my way for inconvenience .

they are still investigating how the hell it all happened though .

especially since modifying anything into a 2 week period aside from first two/ last two has to be done by them via request from league itself .

only thing that comes to mind is some other league made such request and they accidently opened mine instead.
