In a one year full season points and plus minus league NOT in sig.
I was offered Tavares, Zetterberg and Stralman for my Giroux, Schwartz and Carlson but declined. Thoughts?

Seems like a very even trade, so I'd be okay with passing it up unless you have a specific reason for making the trade. Tavares is a great player to acquire now, but you'd be giving up the better d-man.

there are levels between Stralman & Carlson in the fantasy hockey world... that separation makes me side with your decline on this offer, even with Tavares > Giroux.

I also have Schwartz and am stoked to see what he brings last 25 games. Zett is old. I support the decline decision.

Good job declining that this person is trying to buy John Carlson REAL low but he is rounding back into form and G is better center option overall this season. Zetterberg is old and not elite anymore, Schwartz will provide nice plus minus and solid offensive production. Stralman cannot wear Carlson's socks. Keep what you have.

He seems to really want Schwartz so I sent him this offer - I get Tavares, Couture and Stralman for my Schwartz, Sharp and Carlson.

it's a tad steep but if he says yes good for you! Are you asking specifically for Stralman so as to unite him and Victor on your squad?

No, not the roster in sig. Every offer he sends me has him getting my Carlson for his Stralman, so I figure keeping that in there may increase my chances of him accepting.

What does your roster look like that is involved in this potential deal? I ask just so I can see what you are working with and perhaps make a suggestion. As we have established the person's original offer sent to you is insulting but perhaps you can make something happen in your favor.

need a goalie upgrade. Move Simmonds as part of deal to acquire one do not advise having an entire real life line on your team (G-Jake-Wayne). Price will not return this year so Scrivens gains value so I try to package Simmonds, Scrivens and maybe Sharp in a 3 for 2 deal. Kunitz you should just drop and pick someone else off the wire. Johnson looks ready to roll in the second half def keep him; You acquire a goalie of Luongo's level at least say a Martin Jones for instance and a good depth forward or defender and I think you'll better round out this squad.
