I've been offered Toffoli + Ekblad for Jenner + Perreault + Ristolainen

I'm currently sitting in first the other manager is in second.

This is a pretty deep dynasty league. The waiver wire is pretty thin some notable FA Desharnais, Hemsky, Myers, Grabovski

Im surprised the 2nd place guy is giving you (ahead of him) the best player.

As I see it, Toffoli is the best player at the moment and I'm high on Ekblad in terms of keeper.

The wire is slim, but getting the other two make up for it in my opinion.

I like Toffoli and Ekblad because of their potential. You'll be losing hits in this trade but in a deep league like this you take the stars when you can. I would pick up Desharnais or someone with a tons of hits and some value.

It's a good deal for OP, and depending on the other's GM team. OP has a lot of depth, Perreault is his 4th LW, Jenner 3rd center (but Bjugstad-Granlund could easily pick it up) .

the only reason I hesitate is that I would part with Ristolainen which I am pretty high on. I see him as a better fantasy D, while Ekblad is likely better overall which might hurt his point production. I am wrong?

That is a dream trade for me. Manager sends you better players and you get a free slot to pick someone up. I would do that trade. Ekblad for me over Ristolainen.
