If you need goaltending that's not a problem for me. Wheeler is a stud but Mrazek is a Vezina dark horse, Carlson is a stud on the blueline they're more than enough of a return for Wheeler, throw in the better picks and you dominate that deal. Polak despite hits being a category is replaceable on so many levels there are definitely better options available.Originally Posted by Triplea14

I like the trade for you. The pick upgrade is nice and Carlson is a major upgrade on Polak.
Take it if you can take the loss of Wheeler (which I think you can).
