Evander Kane had 11 shots on goal against Boston the other night which made me curious as to what the record for most shots on goal in a game by one player was.
The answer? Ray Bourque with 19 in a game in 1991.
I also read somewhere that Gordie Howe also reached that feat in 1954.

That Bourque game was the one where Tugnutt (then with Quebec) made 70 saves in a 3-3 tie.

I think Sharpie got me 13 in a game once a couple of years back. That was the most I can remember any of my players getting for me.

11 is a lot for sure, but Ovi and Skinner both do stuff like that at least 3 or 4 times a season (Skinner is an insane volume shooter)
I think Seguin probably hits that a couple games a year as well.
