Cody Ceci stringing together some productive games last cpuple weeks. Is he reaching another level and capable of keeping this up the rest of the year? According to dobber's last 3 games tool, been on the 2nd pp unit recently too.
Or is he getting lucky and shouldnt expect this to continue. Still 2-3 years away as some others on this forum ahs said in a few other threads?
Would you take Ceci or Ekholm of season?

I cant see DP getting PP time either, so that point is mute IMO. if anything I see Ceci improving now that he likely gets to play with Dion. I cant see Dion and EK on the same pairing. EK and Methot, Dion and Ceci.Originally Posted by vallaird

Ceci: 0:22 on the PP
Ouch! Ceci had a good streak going and was on the PP with more regularity.
Seems like he is stuck in square one again...

If you watch the Sens PP, they are LOADED with right handed shots and few left handed ones. Hoffman was one of the few lefties getting PP time (they even had to put Zach Smith out there to help with the overload of RHS) so Dion may bite into his PP time more than Ceci's (who is one of the many RHS they have).
I am sure Dion won't help Ceci's PP time, but I can see Hoffman losing out more than Ceci here. I hope this isn't the case because I think Hoffman can actually help the PP more than Dion (who cant hit the net most nights to save his life). It will depend on who Cameron sends out to man the point with what PP (PP1 or PP2).
Go with Ekholm.
