Agreed - looks like he could be the new Leddy there, except maybe with a bit more scoring punch.

And in cap leagues, he's very attractive at only $667500 aav for this year and next. I snagged him in my cap league and will be watching his development.

I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

Great?? I picked him up as an IR replacement in both of my keeper leagues and don't know who to drop once everyone's healthy.

Sadly he's been gone for six months in two of my leagues already....I'll grab him in my non-prospect league.

Also stoked I nabbed him in my cap league if he can put up ~35pts next year. I felt like Theodore and Provorov were made expendable by grabbing him so I was able to trade Theodore for Burakovsky.

Has he spent time alongside Seabrook or more so on the 3rd pairing?

3rd pairing, I believe. Lately it's been Seabrook with TVR from what I've gathered.

Held this guy at one point and regret ever letting him go (when he was sent back down to AHL). Putting up solid points. He was interviewed on HNIC the other night... people are starting to hear about him. Best to pick up now I'd imagine.

10 games without a point and now a heathy scratch. Still seeing PP time. Should we still hold?

Own him in a keeper but I'm having second thoughts about his fantasy rlevance going forward.

Who are your alternatives if you decide to drop him? FWIW I'm also skeptical about Gustafsson long-term but in a deep league he has some value.

In a deep keeper, I'd hang on to him. There's a top 4 d spot available in Chicago and Gus has shown better than anyone else. Maybe Pokka or Forsling but those guys are a ways off.

I've almost decided to drop him for Montour.

In a keeper that isn't overly shallow I'd definitely want to own Montour. Is there a way for you to own both him and Gust?

It's a cap league so I'd have to drop somebody. Pirri is currently a fill-in for injured Malkin and he's expendable when Malkin and Nash get healthy. Not sure I'd want Gust over Pirri, though. Other than Pirri, there is no one else I'd ever remotely consider dropping for Gust.
