Default Big Ben or a Switch?

I have Big Ben (vs. DEN) starting atm, Carr (@GB) is on my bench. I don't like either matchup. Ben is tricky with how high octane the Steelers offense is, but DEN pass D is pretty unreal.

    Other options on the wire:
    Smith (@ BAL)
    Stafford (@ NO)
    Tannehill (@ SD)....puke

Just a note - Derek Carr has actually been better on the road this season with a 102 rating which almost equals Big Ben's 104 at home. Given that GB is the 23rd best passing defense in the NFL, that would seem to favour Carr.

Correction - Green bay seems to be the 11th best defense against the pass, and only 23rd against the running game. I would still start this ahead of Denver's league best pass defense. Another option is Stafford, matching up against NO's brutal (30th ranked) pass defense, but they also ranked dead last against the rush, so there may not be reason for extra focus on passing. I might lean Stafford on this one.

Denver DEF is #1 against QB's
GB DEF is #11 against QB's

If it was me, I would start Big Ben.. He is definitely going to need to throw the ball in this one..

Oakland is at home this week and not in Green Bay.. Carr really isn't a bad play..

    Go with Ben.

Statistically it's a dead heat.Over the last four weeks GB def has given up only 16.7 FPts/game to QBs, while DEN def over that same span is at 16.4 FPts/game. For the season Ben is averaging 23.7 FPts/game, while Carr sits at 21.8 FPts/game. You could flip a coin here, but i would lean toward Ben with his NFL experience and better receiving corps.
