Jones has a cap hit of $3 million for this year and two more.
Quick has a cap hit of $5.8 million for the rest of his career, more or less.

Quick for me too based on those stats, defensively solid team, no competition and proven to be a #1.

Quick for the next 3 years or so. I believe Jones can take over after that while Quick could start slowing down.

I'd stay with Quick. He's more proven than Jones
