i'm very curious to see if the habs can maintain a winning record without price. i'm sure a lot of us believe the habs are pretty average without him so this will be a good opportunity to clear that up.

I don't know if they are pretty average without him, they've maintained the same pace without him already this year.
The bigger question is what happens with Condon and the back-up situation.
The Canadiens have gone out of there way to not start Tokarski, and I don't thank Condon can handle playing all those games without some releif.
Do they give Tokarski a shot or do they make a move for another goalie? Does Fucale get call-up? (I hope not)

Tokarski hasn't been good since the middle of last year but he has shown before that he can get the job done. I think they stick with him or make a cheap trade or waiver claim for a goalie. I really don't see Fucale getting called up anytime soon.Originally Posted by evans334

are there any pending UFA goalies? I wonder about acquiring a rental-type.
EDIT: I just looked it up. Cam Ward, Jonas Hiller, James Reimer, Karri Ramo, Ben Scrivens, Anton Khudobin, Stalock...and many more.
There might be a name or two on there worth acquiring to use while Price is injured.
