If it's a points only, then no. Not really sure what "top goalie" means, but Crawford plays on a top team and will get you plenty of wins. Plotnikov will do nothing for you. Zadorov has potential, but he could easily be a bust given the Russian factor and character concerns.

I would definitely try and re work that deal. Plotkinov and Zadorov are not players I personally would want to be building around

I dont know how goalies get points but I don't like this deal. I dont see Jones is an upgrade over Crawford and I am confident that Plotnikov and Zadorov won't be upgrades over Koivu and Marchand.

Koivu and Marchand are solid producers and should not be thrown away lightly, which is what you are doing here.

Thanks for all of your input. Ill give you guys REP when it lets me again. I won't forget, I'm like an elephant. But he does own Kuznetsov and might be able to work something out. We will see.

I don't like the proposal but definitely try to work something out with Kuznetsov. Maybe Crawford and Koivu for Jones and Kuznetsov?

I understand in a rebuild you wan future assets and guys like Koivu and Marchand can seem very expendable but you're giving up the more proven goalie and 2 quality (albeit unsexy) assets for some pretty mediocre prospects. Pass.
