Philly's PP1 runs through him, so, yes, I would say tha he's more valuable than both of those guys. I actually cannot believe that he's available in a 14 team league.
Is Gostis much of an upgrade (if any) for Rielly or Franson?
Thanks,
NS

In a keeper 4, there are no keeper implications. In the short-term, I'd consider riding Ghost over Franson. But when Streit comes back, you may need to re-evaluate this. And just FYI: Rielly is not in your signature?
i'm in the same boat as you with franson and ghost available. i'm not sure when streit is back, but I think ghost gets the boot from PP1 when that happens. I think franson will get scooped up by someone else so I think i'll just stay put.

As long as Gostisbehere is producing on the power play he will stay there. Streit is not the future and Hakstol doesn't have any reason to let him waltz back into the PP. Which player is more important to Hakstol? Streit or Gostisbehere? Your answer to that question is where you should bet your money.
Drop Rielly for Ghost? No. Franson, yes.

I'd do Ghost for Franson but not Rielly.

In a league that doesn't reward anything for hits and blocks, Fransons value goes down. I'd definitely run Gostisbehere over Franson in your league.

Given the fact the fourth fwd on that Philly pp has rotated throughout the years, in theory it makes sense to keep ghost on it with Streit when Streit returns.
Drop franson for him.

I'm kicking myself for not grabbing Ghost off the wire when i had a chance...
I'd keep Rielly over Gost. Gost is going to be a gooder one for sure though. I wouldn't even bother with Franson.
The only thing that is making me temper my expectations around Gostisbehere is something that Pengwin posted in a thread of mine awhile back when I first considered picking him up:

So it really depends on how the Flyers feel they need to manage their assets. I will say this though, if he keeps producing like this I don't see how they can justify sending him down even if they have to give someone up for free.Ghost will be a fixture on the PP and 3-on-3 OT, for sure.
PHI may be able to fit him because they can bury him on a 3rd pairing to shelter his ES minutes.
Question will be: Who does Philly drop when Streit comes back?
Their three offensive D are all LH shots: Streit, MDZ, Ghost.
Gudas is a fixture these days as stay-at-home RH shot.
Luke Schenn has actually been playing quite well, he is RH.
Nick Schultz is probably the other guy to round out 6.
That leaves Manning & Medvededv as the odd men out.
Medvedev was a one-year patch anyways. They may actually be able to move him in a trade (won't get anything in return, but cap relief).
