Default Team struggling mightily, what do?

8 team h2h with really deep benches. We start 4 at each position with daily roster changes. Cats are G, A, P, PPP, PIM, shots; W, L, SV%, GAA. I'm in last place and falling, kinda bitten by the injury bug but can't make excuses.. Any free agents that you'd pick up?

    My team:

C - Taveras, Getzlaf, T. Johnson, Ribiero, Kadri, RNH, Eichel
LW - Gaudreau, Galchenyuk, Zuccarello, E. Kane, Boedker, Dubinsky, Palat (IR)
RW - Kucherov, Pominville, Draisaitl, Zucker, Zibanejad, Eriksson
D - Karlsson, Josi, Klingberg, Barrie
G - Fleury, Niemi, Anderson, Condon
    IR - McDavid, Schwartz

    Free agents:

    C - Lindberg, Rask, Lindholm
LW - Foligno, Ennis, Perron, Vermette
    RW - Duclair, Atkinson, Chimera
D - Green, Hamilton, Savard, Hamonic, Vlasic, E. Johnson
G - Neuvirth, Mason, Hiller, Talbot, C. Johnson (remember this league counts goalie losses)

Your team doesn't look like a last place team, for whatever it is worth. Are there max game limits, or limits on transactions? At first glance, nobody jumps out as immediate help. And given you start 4, it doesn't look like a streaming strategy will help you either. You might have to gamble a little with trade offers and look for some sell high / buy low. The Rangers, for example, have been awful the last few games. Good luck

I don't think you're maximizing your roster efficiency. I'd bring a defenseman or two into the rotation, someone like Mike Green. On a busy night, you might have an empty D slot or two at the same time that you've got an active forward or two benched because your roster is full. You're not in a roto league, so you don't have to worry about the maximum number of times a particular position plays.

To add a defenseman, I might drop someone like Kadri or Zucker.

I like what gooding74 said and agree with his assessment.

I would also consider dropping Pominville for Atkinson. Pommer JUST scored his first goal on the weekend and has declined dramatically the past couple seasons. Too bad too because he was Mr. Consistent for many years.

Sean Monahan was just dropped. Is he worth a pickup?
