    Default Gibson

I have the second pick this week and I'm looking to pick up a goaltender. I know somebody will take Condon, so I'm assuming Gibson or Neuvirth will be available for me. Who do you think I should take, and what do you think Gibson's realistic expectations are here. Staying up, going down? Thoughts?

Even if he stays in the NHL, Andersen is the man at least this year.

I don't think he stays up but will play until Andersen is back IMHO - if he is lights out over that period then maybe it changes things

For this year, I'd go Neuvirth. Gibson is only up because Andersen is out. Once he's back, Gibson will be returned to the AHL. Neuvirth isn't going anywhere this year.

Gotta do something. Dubnyk along with Rinne have been murdering my Sv%. Never thought when I drafted those two I'd be 9th place in that category. Wondering if a guy like Neuvirth can help me there. I see Mason got a SO last night so I'm sure he won't play that much..

I also think Gibson will go down when Andersen is ready. It makes no sense for Anaheim to carry three goalies.

SV% could be tricky. You put Neuvirth in and he has a stinker or two and there goes your SV%. And you know Neuvirth's current SV% is not sustainable. Meanwhile, I bet both Rinne and Dubnyk will see their SV% improve.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

I keep telling myself to leave them alone and they will correct themselves (more so Dubnyk), however I've been saying that for about 16 games now. I do agree with you though. WTF is going on in Nashville??

Dubnyk had a bad start but has .918 SV% in November, which is what I think he'll end up maintaining https://ca.sports.yahoo.com/nhl/players/3650/splits/

Nashville is in a funk. They'll snap out of it.

What other goalies are out there? Spot starts from Enroth or Darling may help (if they ever play)
I agree above that Gibson will be sent down once Andersen is fine, and I also have Rinne so I feel your pain but NSH will snap out of it, they are like 1-4-1 and have scored 6 goals in that span.
