Who's going to take the "brunt" of this post??
I love the 3-on-3 overtime, I truly do.
When a stiff like John Moore can get an overtime goal, I mean, shouldn't there be an article coming on what 3-in-3 is doing to goal scoring in our game?
Olympic-sized rinks?
Form-fitting goalie equipment?
(I'm talking to you, Brunt.)
PS: If I've missed some good recent reads, plz help out with a link or two.

Zorro says "vote for Dobber"
Angus is my best friend at dobberhockey..
Brunt's one of the newfie/norse gods for me. I doubt he'll see this thread, but I'd like to read what he reads.
I liked Marty Biron today on form-fitting goalie gear (among other things) on 1290's Illegal Curve radio show. (Sorry for the lack of hyperlinks.)
I also agreed with his comments on the proposed changes to pads, blockers and gloves - useless.
And so far, you're taking the brunt. Aha!
Apologies to any friends and family members of John Moore. Making the NHL is always fantabulous, and you should all be very, very proud.
We few fantasy owners who have had occasion to "own" him, even temporarily, are thrilled for him for that goal. Honestly.
Actually, you should call this post "John Moore: Really!"
Moore has taken over the big minute D role on the Devils 9th-ranked PP the past 4 games. Why? I'm not sure. But the results speak for themselves: A goal and 4 assists, one PP dime, 5 SOG, 8 hits and 2 blocks. The Devils do some weird things with the D in their PP, they have not settled on anyone since Zidlicky left, and that was a while ago. Moore is one of those post-hype retread types that often flourish for NJ when given big minutes. Moore's averaging a full 2 minutes more of ice time during this stint. I am on the verge of adding him, he is less than 1 percent owned in all formats. No-risk, possibly nice short-term reward move.
