Help me put together a trade

An unfortunate owner in my league has Price, Quick, and Lehtonen as his three goalies. Two out of three on IR means he will not get his 4 weekly goalie starts for a very long time. I happen to be holding Rask, who I tend to bench a lot. I'm wondering if this is a good time to make a move. He has Karlsson, Backstrom and Parise. What would you think about me offering him Rask plus Oshie, Nyquist, or Thornton. And getting from him Karlsson, and Lehtonen? Possibly Backstrom instead of Karlsson, but I do need a good defenseman. I figure I can wait for Lehtonen to get healthy, and he won't be worth less to me than Rask. Decent move?

even if you couldn't get Karlsson or Backstrom I would use it to get Price - a fit Price would definitely net you a Karlsson

No..... Make a push for Price. Perfect time. He needs starts, you don't when price comes back you have Price & Holtby.

I hadn't really thought about asking for Price. But I just sent him a trade proposal. Rask plus one of my lesser forwards for Price. We'll see what he says. But I wouldn't mind getting Lethonen if I could and have him on my on my bench on IR if I could get Karlsson

Rask+ for Price would be a great fit. It wouldn't hurt you now (since you bench Rask a lot) and it would give you the better long-term outcome.
