I would struggle to even do Benn straight up
I think swapping a superstar for a superstar doesn't really help you as there are a few in there that probably aren't contributing much to you, or won't when their teams get healthy
Personally I would go totally the other way with a deal like this and not look for that 'one' player - I would look to upgrade Palmieri, Pominville and Ullmark... maybe even Stempniak
