No news = no interest in Anisimov? Lol
He sure ain't sexy. But Playing with Kaner and the kid star this year Panarin... Must warrant SOME consideration. But can he stick on that line?
Really like my team, but LW is really weak at the moment. Sitting 300 points out if 1st (5th). Totally in striking distance but I'm not getting much help on LW past Hall (Palat IR, Filpulla, Hudler, Pulkinen)
Anisimov continues to chug along with Kane and just got the OT GW goal tonight.
Worth a pick up (I have 3 left)?

Anisimov is the 2nd line C until further notice. Thats why they brought him in and he has done everything expected. So his role is good. Tough to know real value when you are in one of those masochistic leagues with just a handful of moves for the year. How much are you going to play the guy if you burn the move?
He's probably a 50pt guy, maybe a tad more. Should have decent plus minus and add some PP points. And yea, he's a legit centre and Chicago isn't deep down the middle so it's not like he's going to suddenly drop to the third or fourth line.
but as Doug Glatt says above, is it worth one of three moves? I dunno. I'd grab him in most leagues, and have him in one of mine...but I also have 20 moves left in that league, and unlimited in another. If i I had only three left? Tougher call.
Very little chance Anisimov will be moved off that line. Handzus played as the 2nd line center for most of a season on that line two seasons ago and Richards played there last season. Anisimov is a major upgrade over both. Not sure he is worth one of your moves but I definitely wouldn't worry about him getting moved off the line.

Thanks all. I may make this move. How much will I play him? Well, like I said, we start 3 LW, and it's the only position I'm even on for max games played.
Hall Is my definite #1 on LW.
After that, could I start him over any Of Hudler, Pulkinen and an Injured Stasnny.
Definitely over Pulkinen right now - do you have the roster space without dropping anyone?
Depends on your league but I try and avoid carrying prospect goalies and nabbing them as they get called up - not sure when Ortio will be relevant, especially now
I believe Stastny is back. But I'd start Anisimov over Pullkinen....and depending on the match ups, would spot start him over Hudler.
I like Anisimov, I own him and play him often, he is doing a nice job. If you feel he is going to play often for you then its worth burning a move for him.
I drafted him and still own him in my keeper because no one will give me anything for him so far. He doesn't get many assits for playing with Kane, more of a scorer so far, and his SH% is north of 27% now. He's due to huge regression.
And Anisimov nets 1 and sets up another. With Pulkinen playing all of 2 mins for me, my LW just got worse.
Think it's time I drop Ortio and jump on Anisimov.
Thanks all!
