Maybe I am a sucker but I would want Malkin. I think the only peripheral stat he beats Malkin in is SOG.

Malkin for me. I think he still has that extra gear that Tarasenko doesn't.
In terms of the non-scoring cats:
SOG goes to Tarasenko (but Malkin should close the gap)
Hits and Blocks are a wash as neither guys does much there
PIM goes to Malkin (and Malkin wins that easily)
