20 team salary cap dynasty looking for replacement

My league in my sig has had to roll with an inactive team for awhile now, and it's time we find a GM to take over. If the link above works, the team is Montreal and currently in 2nd place. 20 teams, the league has been around since the 2006-07 season with about half the league being around for at least 5 of those years.

It's a salary cap league with our cap being 15% above the actual NHL cap, and using actual NHL salaries. We also have a "franchise player" which is one player picked from each team that does not count against the cap....Montreal's franchise player is Henrik Lundqvist. Start 12 forwards, 6 defense, and 1 goalie. Maximum bench of 11 players, weekly lineups.
