Default Team mgmt 101: Do I actually need Gudas & Matt Martin : Help appreciated

Keep 6: Team & scoring in signature

I picked up Gudas & Martin as I needed hits to make up ground in the Hits category.

Martin is a LW. Others available Tatar, Galchenyuk, Cammalleri

I have also been offered Vrbata for Thornton.

Now I could use shots & goals as I lag behind in both those categories.
I'm thinking Vrbata & Tatar should help out.

Which hit monster to drop? Which LW to pick up? Do I make the move for Vrbata?

I think it's agreed on dobber forums that it's best to use your D spots for "grit" stats like hits and blocks while focusing your forwards to the offensive cat. So dictate by this principle, I'd drop Martin and pickup Tatar. Keep Gudas on D for the hits.

Drop Martin, pick up Tatar. I'd looking into moving a center, as well, as you are top heavy there.

Drop Martin for Cammalleri (22 points, 54 SOG) who covers what you need.

Appreciate the advice about using D spots for grit stats

I have been shopping Tyler Johnson as well as Thornton.
Have been offered Vrbata for Thornton which I'm contemplating.

I would almost want Tatar over Vrbata and by a decent margin. Vrbata isn't consistently lining up in plum PP assignments in VAN. Tatar rotates on and off top PP too, but has the upside long-term. Vrbata also always seems to be plagued by that good year bad year alternation and as hot as the Sedins are now and as much as Vrbata is heating.. I'm buying him less than Tatar.
