Detroit or Buffalo. Minnesota would not be bad either.
Florida doesn't sound bad either but I would definitely summer in the north.

In terms of a team I'd love to play on, it would have to be Dallas. In terms of a city I'd want to live in, it would be Boston or NYC. Honorable mention to Washington.
The atmosphere of playing in MTL would be very cool though. If there is any game I would want to watch in the Stanley Cup playoffs its MTL. I think it would be fun living back east.
Nowhere in the USA. Some nice people there but you could not pay me enough to live in that country. Yikes.
So that does't leave a lot of other options.
Edmonton from a future hockey perspective. Ottawa from a nice place to live perspective.
Edmonton...if McDavid can make Yakupov look good, think of what he could do for a plug like me. LOL.
Seriously, I would want a quiet, small market venue where the media wouldn't be in my face every twenty seconds. Somewhere like Nashville, Florida or Colorado.
