Steen/Kessel for Pavelski/Jenner - Trade thoughts?

Currently in weekly H2H league counting Goals/Assists/PlusMinus/PPP/Hits/PIM/Shots

C: Crosby, Turris, Nelson
W: ROR, Hornqvist, Pavelski, Eberle, Ryan, Kucherov, Toffoli, Jenner, Eriksson, Larkin
D: Krug, Phaneuf, OEL, Letang
G: Andersen, Fleury, Gibson

Currently 2nd in league, and starting to see Crosby come back to life (thankfully) but noticing the balanced team I built is having some bumps

One other opponent is completing weak in hits, so offered me Steen/Kessel for Jenner/Pavelski

I feel it's not bad, but risk that I'm taking on too many pens when they are showing life, but still too messed up to load up on 4 pens, and wanted to get thoughts as Jenner looks like a breakout candidate himself...or is it pretty even and stay the course? I could also ask if he'd switch out Kessel for Hall, but is that an injury waiting to happen?

I would do that.
I'm in a similar situation where I have way too many pens and they have absolutely murdered me a couple of weeks, but once they have a stretch where they go on a tear all the players will have inflated value and you can sell high on one or two to spread out your players across teams a bit

Jenner is an unknown, but Torts seems to love him and play
