Is this guy the real deal or is he this year's Foligno?

What do people see for this year's projections and the foreseeable future?

    Thanks in advance.

He's a good bet to finish with 50-55 points this year and I think as long as he's getting prime ice time with Johansen and on the top PP unit that pace will be very sustainable. He's particularly useful in multi-cat leagues.

Long term I don't know where to peg him at because he's very much a product of the players around him. If he gets bumped down to the second or third line and stops seeing prime PP time his value goes down a lot.

He's more of this year's Foligno.
Jenner has always been prided on his work ethic - so he'll get stats just by being a grinder.
If you go to NHL.com and watch his goals (11?) about 10 are on tips or deflection or netmouth rebounds.

He's become one of my fave players over last two seasons... but there's a bit of "right place, right time" to a lot of his goals so far.

The grit/scorers like Simmonds, Lucic, Kunitz come and go.
Jenner is this year's of that bunch... fortunately he's a young guy so the hustle will be there for a few years.

Yes he is last year's Nick Foligno. Expect somewhere around 60-70 points from this stud.

Thanks for the feedback thus far. He's never been a prolific point-getter but I like his peripherals...

Agree with the masses. I just picked him up my self recently (in favor of Vrbata). And Foligno of last year, I feel, is a very good comparison. And as such, he's close to a must own for the ROS at the very least. But I'll be watching him closely and I hope he challenges Draisaitl, Lee or Stone for one of my final keepers.

Alright, the day after I drop Stastny to hold on to Jenner, Stastny gets a goal and an assist with 5 shots and Jenner gets 12 minutes of ice time.

Wtf happened. Jenner went from getting around 15 minutes a night, to 20-21 minutes a night, now to 12.

I was wondering the same thing. He has been playing really well too. Then, I realized Brandon Dubinsky returned from an injury last night (has been given a lot of minutes by Tortorella) Still, Jenner should be getting more than 12 minutes.

Don't think he will sustain this pace but think he will finish with about 25 goals
