Get rid of Varlamov?
I drafted Varlamov and I haven't been too impressed with him to date. I was able to get bobrovsky off waivers and i have halak. I am debating on dropping varlamov for another goalie or player. All my league stats are in my signature. Here are some waiver wire players available currently:

Normally, I would advocate patience since Varly started slow last season too, but was quite good in the 2nd half.
However, with Allen available I think you have to make the move. Allen is playing very well and STL is a very good team. I think Allen is the starter there for years to come
