1 year, 10 team, H2H. My goalies are Rinne, Bobrovsky and Anderson and we track W, SO, GAA, SV% out of 11 total categories. Start 2G daily. To activate Vas from IR, I would first need to drop an active player. Also activating Eberle means I would need to drop a second player.

    My roster:
LW - Benn, Duchene (C), Simmonds (RW), Panarin
    C - Backstrom, Thornton, Steen (L)
RW - Ehlers (L), Gallagher, Stone, Hornqvist, Eberle (IR)
D - Karlsson, Shattenkirk, Klingberg, Green, Lindholm
G - Rinne, Bobrovsky, Anderson, Vasilevskiy (IR)

Rinne is solid but the other 2 can be up and down and Vas should get more time this year behind a solid team. Or just forget about Vas and release him back into the FA pool? Thanks!

I'd be trying hard to do a 2 for 1 trade to free up some room. If that fails, Vas is worth hanging onto with his team and upside. Green and Lindholm are your least valuable players.

I love Vas, and he will be a superstar goalie going forward. Right behind price imo. BUT in a 1 year I'd probably drop him for now. Until Bishop's gone or if he starts the next two. Can you pick him up again asap if he gets more starts? I'd consider Lindholm probably, maybe Gallagher too.

Nobody really trades in our league even though it's permitted, but I was going to throw out there Gallagher + Lindholm for Hedman + Abdelkader. Fair offer? I would drop Abdelkader and could replace Gallagher with Eberle coming off IR. Also Hossa is a FA and could be picked up. If I dropped Vas, he would go to waivers in 2 days and be available to anyone in order of their claim status and then if unclaimed, he would be a FA available to all. That trade would also only open up 1 roster spot so would need to do another similar trade to activate both returning players.

Nope, the Lightning just really believe in Vasilevskiy because he's really, really talented. He'll be getting plenty of starts from here on, a 60/40 situation wouldn't surprise me at all.
