Default Huge trade finally on the table

Thanks to you guys earlier the week for your input on the Cobb+ for Brown trade. After nearly a week of negotiations, he's sent me the offer:

I give: Cobb, M. Bryant, J. Reed, LaFell, D. Johnson (IDP)

I get: Brown, Cooper, Dansby (IDP)

Note: The IDP players involved, Johnson has quite a bit more value than Dansby.

All 5 guys will end up in his starting lineup, whereas only Brown/Cooper make mine (I'll be dropping Dansby).

    My team after the trade:

    QB - Dalton
    WR - Brown
    WR - Cooper
    WR - Marshall
    RB - Gurley
    RB - West
    TE - Gates
    Flex - Edelman
    Flex - Jeffery
    K - McManus
    DEF - Denver
    BN - Polk
    BN - Brees
BN - I'll need to pick up 3 guys (There's nothing interesting on waivers, I'll have to take some lottery tickets)
IDP: Won't list, most guys don't play with them haha

So, everyone on board with this? It absolutely decimates my depth, but gives me the best starting roster. However, if I get any more injuries (Already lost Foster and Charles) I could be in trouble with Polk being my best bench player lol.

We have a gentemans agreement that I don't accept the offer until after the games today, given the amount of players involved we want to make sure nobody gets hurt.

Thoughts? i'll rep everyone that I can.

I cannot comment on the IDP portion of the trade. However I like the Brown/Cooper end of things better. This gives you incredible WR depth. Bryant is great, but Brown is still Ben's #1 hands down. I still think Brown can easily be the #1 fantasy scorer outside of QBs the rest of the season. Unless the IDP portion significantly hampers you, I go with the trade! Nice job

If it’s a keeper league, maybe go after Bell + Charles?
Having a core of Brown, Gurley, Charles, Bell, Cooper and Dalton would be great.

Great time to sell on Edelman, Brees, and West

    Unfortunately it's not a keeper.

I couldn't see any owner selling Bell or Charles in a keeper league without getting significant returns back for them anyways
