Trade Help - Lewis or Abdullah?

So my team is 3-3 and one of the higher scoring teams in my 12 team keeper PPR league. But, I have a pretty glaring hole at RB, and I'm looking to deal Hillman and a pick next year for one of Dion Lewis or Ameer Abdullah. The question is - which do I target? I feel like Lewis is the safer play this year, while Abdullah is an intriguing long term option. The one I trade for may end up becoming my final keeper choice next year. I want to win this year, but I also want to have a competent keeper choice. The trading partner has told me the price will be the same for either and it's my choice. Which way do I go?

I tend to avoid any RBs from New England so I would say Abdullah would be my choice.

It's tough. I thought Abdullah would break out last week with all the banged up RBs in Detroit, and playing against a terrible defense in Chicago. But he didn't come close.

Not sure if it's relevant but Blount is one of my current RBs. Don't know if that makes it better or worse to have Lewis.

If you want to win this year go with Lewis. i own Abdullah in one league and would trade him for Lewis in a heartbeat. What does your current roster look like?

Between the two, I like Lewis as the safer option (amazingly enough, given the whole Pats RB thing), and he's certainly poised to help you more this year. But compared to Hillman and a pick in a keeper league, I think I actually prefer Hillman and the pick.

I go Lewis here for the rest of the season. He has been good and hasn't given Billichick excuses to bench him. Abdullah was the huge hype, but I still believe this is Zenner's job come next season.
