I think it will be similar to 11-12 but better peripheral stats. I have him at 62 starts and 35 wins or so. I'm targeting him in every league because you can get him late. Huge value pick.

This much is true. Top-10 potential out of a guy going 26th out of goalies on Yahoo! Behind guys like Hammond (his freaking backup), Ryan Miller, Ondrej Pavelec and Martin Jones to name the real atrocities.

Most likely it does. Anderson is the second last of guys to be 100% drafted. To be fair, a lot of the guys ahead of him you can make a case for like Steve Mason, Jonas Hiller, Jimmy Howard, Brian Elliott, Semyon Varlamov, Jaroslav Halak, etc. I don't agree with all of those but you can make a case for them.

Only reason you can make a case for some of those guys is health which is a factor I admit. But I am predicting him to start the 62+ games. Talent + situation + opportunity = success. Ottawa is better than they were in 11-12 when he won 33 games in 63 starts.m

I don't think that's the ONLY reason. Anderson is capable of some stinky runs. Success is not guaranteed if healthy. Likely but not guaranteed.

well I think this is the best team he's ever had in front of him and hos bad streaks always coincide with the team not doing very well in front of him. We will see what happens but I will keep grabbing him late

30+ is an absolute lock.

a low risk high reward guy - love those types. I'll have no probs dumping him for next year's Dubnyk, but also may reap decent rewards if he remains healthy
