    ZORRO (Zorro's LongSnap): M.Ryan (QB), L.Bell-L.Miller (RB), M.Evans-Tate-K.Allen (WR), C.Clay (TE), PHI (D)
InForAPENNY (BettmanF): Rodgers (QB), Gore-Abdullah (RB), A.Brown-D.Adams-M.Wheaton (WR), Donnell (TE), STL (D)

DOBERS31 (Astapor Unsull): Brees (QB), Lynch-Forsett (RB), Matthews-Decker-Wallace (WR), Graham (TE), BUF (D)
NEWFCOLLINS (F'Newfs): Wilson (QB), Murray-Charles (RB), Green-D.Jax-Bolding (WR), Olsen (TE), SEA (D)

THE COMISH (F'Hobbit): Bradford (QB), McCoy-Spiller (RB), Dez-Cooks-Watkins (WR), Kelce (TE), BAL (D)
CANNON (Full Montee): Brady-Kaep (QB), Forte-Ingram (RB), Sanders-V.Jax-J.Brown (WR), Gronk (TE), *TBD* (D)
LOCH (Powerplay QB): Luck (QB), CJ.A-Foster (RB), A.Johnson-A.Cooper-M.Jones (WR), Sef-Jenk (TE), HOU (D)

    ROSS10019 (T.Joique): Stafford (QB), Gordon-Hyde (RB), J.Jones-C.Johnson-Landry (WR), JuliusT (TE), ARI (D)
    PENGWIN7 (Odell-Ay): Tannehill (QB), Randle-Morris (RB), Demary-Odell-Edlman (WR), Rudolph (TE), CAR (D)
    raTAYLOR22 (Badonk): Eli-Cam (QB), DeMarco-J.Hill (RB), Marshall-A.Robinson-Maclin (WR), Eifert (TE), NYJ (D)

    Strategies of Interest:

    i) I like rataylor's draft. I saw it because he drafted last at the turn, I was next to him. For 8 rounds he hammered away with RBs/WRs drafting 4&4 and then value drafted Eli, Cam, Eifert. Last pick of draft he got the schedule-favorable NYJ D. I think he's got a really good shot to win the league.

ii) cannon rolled with his tried & failed method of not drafting a K/DEF. I actually really like this strategy. He's got two extra position players to see who has value until Week 1 and then he'll go get a Week 1 favourable pick at K/D and drop whoever is weak.

iii) ross10019 has a very interestiing 3-12th round full of question marks with upside or downside. This is the one team that I think has the "range"... he could finish either first or worst... especially dependent on Megatron's health.

iv) loch drafted four straight players whose names starts with A... Luck, Johnson, Cooper, Foster. Does that mean we should give him an "A"? I don't know - but I sure ripped him for late-drafting and dropping Odell last year.

    v) The F'Hobbit is chock-full of BAL & DAL & BUF flavour. Love the round 9/11 drafting of Sam Bradford & Flacco. Upside & steady. Nice combo.

vi) props to horrorfan for a draft from midnight-1:30am his time. Perhaps this is the year he jumps back into the playoffs.

vii) Like rataylor, Zorro hammered away with 7 straight rounds of RB/WR... getting FOUR RBs in there before value-drafting Ryan/Romo. If he picks the right guy weekly, he'll be near the top.

viii) axeman drafted from the car, the mobile, the house - you name it. Nice looking team.

    Woot!!

Although I normally hate the 1st pick because it puts all the pressure on me right off the bat and then I have to wait forever to get another pick.

    Oh well. I'll take it!

LOL! True, but it's still fun to read them and see how their computer generated rankings compare to our draft thoughts. I know I veered off from their rankings with most of my picks but still managed to score a B.

Those first five or six picks that I made from my phone may be the down fall for me though as I didn't really pay attention to bye weeks. Week 7 is not going to be kind to me.

With the 1st overall, I had a tough choice to make. I really wanted Bell but with him missing the first couple games, I couldn't do it. I have been burned by AP before so there was no way I was taking him. I won't lie, I damn near too Marshawn Lynch 1st overall but I hate the Shithawks and I was just as happy with Lacy.

As for my team, I had a "bathtime" draft strategy.
I know nothing about football this year.
I did one mock on Sunday morning from my 11th of 12 teams spot.

I realized at some point I might miss my picks so I resolved to drafting the first four rounds as either RB-RB-WR-WR or WR-WR-RB-RB.
    Whichever.
And I find one site I like and print it out.
    I chose this one: http://www.scout.com/fantasy/2015-fa...gs?ppr=NON-PPR

Round 1: The top 5 RBs went in the top six picks, then Gronk. I really wanted hometown watch Julio Jones... but he got sniped... I settled for a Bronco: Demaryius Thomas-WR1, committing to double WR.
Round 2: After watching rataylor go RB-RB, it made going with another top 8 WR a lock. I had to choose between Megatron & ODB... I got burned by Megatron last year towards end of year, so I went Odell Beckham-WR2.

(ran upstairs to get kids upstairs for draft, run bath, ran back down)

Round 3: The site I chose to lean on still listed RBs #8 and #14 at my pick of 35 & 38. That's pretty amazing. I don't know if the site is dependable, but for the #8 RB to be there at pick #35 is pretty sweet, so I took Joseph Randle-RB1.
Round 4: taylor took his 2 WRs at the turn, leaving Alfred Morris-RB2 on the board. This guy was the "drop-off" of the RB tier on my site at 179.7pts PROJ... a drop off to 167.5 at the next guy down.

(ran back up to draft feeling pretty please to have my 2&2)

Round 5: This was the point where I felt frazzled a bit. I can't say that Edelman-WR3 was a great pick here, but he's solid and I'll take that.
Round 6: The RBs had gone flying and you need 3 decent RBs to compete when bye-weeks come. Todd Gurley-RB3 is a GA Dawg - so I could appease my wife of my bathtime disappearing by telling her I took him.

(kids in bath... listening closely for next Yahoo! gong)

Round 7: I truly don't know how much I trust seeing the name Ryan Tannehill-QB1 up with Wilson/P.Manning/Stafford/Brees... but that's where the site listed the guy... so I took the last of Tier II before the drop-off.
Round 8: Unsure about Edelman and needing two more sturdy WRs for off-weeks/injuries... all of L.Fitz/T.Smith/S.Smith were available... I threw a dart and picked Torrey Smith-WR4... feeling he'd be least likely to get injured.

(kids out of bath, drying off - I've promised to give tickles to older daughter and watch her brush her teeth)

Round 9: This was the first part of the day I kicked myself. I remember reading about Sam Bradford's upside or about snagging an elite D, but I forgot and both those were gone, I settled on the ATL RB1b, Devonta Freeman-RB4 because the local media haven't been too keen on Tevin Coleman to this point. I can't say I liked this pick, but felt rushed... I think time almost ran out on me here.
Round 10: At the turn I watched rataylor take Eli & Cam and thought... damn... now that is some value. I took Isaiah Crowell-RB5 who was 28th-RB on my draft sheet big board, right with Blount, Spiller, Bernard... all who went ROUNDS earlier, fingers crossed.

(helping kids get pjs on for bed)

Round 11: Needing a WR, I decided to "reach" for a "sleeper" with upside... Brian Quick-WR5. I don't know anything about him except that the Eagles once had a WR in the 80s named Mike Quick. Yeah, so that.
Round 12: rataylor actually send I stole one of his guys... finally, first time in draft I felt like I made a decent pick. Well, feeling better. I needed a QB2 and took a bit risk on Mariota-QB2... but it's round 12, the risk rounds.

(up for nighttime story & g'night)

Round 13: TE, K, D was all I had left. I took Atlanta's kicker, Matt Bryant-K. Since we don't have CableTV, we'll be watching network TV via antenna and that'll be plenty of ATL games, plus they open on MNF, always good.
Round 14: Also playing on MNF is Kyle Rudolph-TE. A steady player, who knows how long I'll use him. My site had him as TE #11, so this is fair value here.
Round 15: I actually got to sit on the computer for the last round and realized I could research opening schedules. Best PROJ defense in Week 1 is Carolina-D, playing vs. JAX. So I took them. The one downside was that if I had taken a better full season team... I would have actually been dubbed (by Yahoo!s shit rankings) as... BEST DRAFT! Instead, that went to Astapor Unsullied, beating me out by a score of 1083pts to 1079pts.

Onwards with another great season with a great group of guys.
My projected finish: 6-7, 8th place. (not thrilled about my team, but I like my top four and should be able to pull off a few wins)

1.(1)Eddie Lacy(GB - RB) - I explained this pick earlier in this thread.

2.(24)Alshon Jeffery(Chi - WR) - I really wanted to go RB/RB with my first couple picks, just to get it out of the way, but I simply didn't like the RBs who were there at this spot. I was hoping Forsett would drop to me here (I actually thought he would last this long) but it wasn't meant to be. With Marshall gone and rookie stud Kevin White going down for possible the year, Jeffery becomes the man in Chicago. I had him ranked this high so it was an easy pick.

3.(25)T.Y. Hilton(Ind - WR) - This pick was a back to back with Jeffrey so my reasoning for going with the next BPA was the reason for this pick. Hilton was next on my predraft rankings so it was an easy selection.

4.(48)Andre Ellington(Ari - RB) - At the time, he seemed like the best possible starting RB left on the board. I didn't want to get into a spot where I was scrambling for another starter. This was probably a bit of a reach at the time but it seemed like the time to do it.

5.(49)Peyton Manning(Den - QB) - After missing out on Luck early on, I wanted to wait for a QB. I thought I would wait until the 6-7 turn around to make the pick, but he was next on my draft board so I took him.

6.(72)Martellus Bennett(Chi - TE) - Best TE available. See the Jeffery pick for a little more meat. Other than Jeffery, I think Bennett will see a ton of throws.

7.(73)Rashad Jennings(NYG - RB) - The fact I was still able to land a 3rd starting RB at this point was too good to pass up. I am not high on Jennings but he's still a starter and will fill in nicely for bye weeks/injuries.

8.(96)Steve Smith Sr.(Bal - WR) - Wanted to fill out my 3rd starting WR at this point. I am not a fan of Smith but he was the next best WR on my list.

9.(97)Devin Funchess(Car - WR) - Again, was the next guy on my list. With Benjamin out for the season, he could have a nice rookie season.

10.(120)David Johnson(Ari - RB) - I already had Ellington so I figured I'd grab the handcuff here as an injury precaution. The Cards seem quite high on the kid so he could get a good amount of touches as the season progresses too.

11.(121)Teddy Bridgewater(Min - QB) - I needed a backup QB and Teddy was the next best option available. I actually think he's going to have a very good year. He will be a solid fill in for Peytons bye week.

12.(144)Zach Ertz(Phi - TE) - I am not sure why Ertz was still available here (I assume it's his injury that's scaring people away) but hopefully I will only need him for one week and Bennett's bye week isn't until week 7 I believe so that will give Ertz plenty of time to heal for his start.

13.(145)Rueben Randle(NYG - WR) - Honestly, I don't know why I took Randle here. He was the next BPA that I had ranked that wasn't a QB so he went here. Good chance he becomes waiver fodder sooner rather than later.

14.(168)Denver(Den - DEF) - I normally wait until the last two rounds to snag my DEF and kicker. From the rankings I read, Denver was a top 5-8 ranked team for DEF so I took them. I had other options I considered but I went with people who know more than I do.

15.(169)Steven Hauschka(Sea - K). Best kicker available from what I was reading. If he sucks, there are other options on the WW.
