Andersen/Smith v. Halak/Johnson
So in this league, the only categories to really consider for skaters is points and plus/minus. For goalies, really only consider wins v. losses and goals against.
I send Freddy Andersen and Craig Smith for Jaroslav Halak and Tyler Johnson.
Thoughts here is this makes me safer in goal. Andersen is great, and cheap for another year, but doesn't have the greatest job security with the wonder kid waiting in the wings. One injury and he may never see Anaheim's crease again. Halak is steady, signed long term at a reasonable hit, and the Isles are a pretty good team in their own right. Obviously, Johnson is an upgrade on Smith, and comes cheaper for the next two seasons. Thoughts?
