I still would rather own Rask. I tried to flip Rask for Holtby + picks to end the season last year with an owner who had poor goalie play all season (he owned M. Smith, ouch) I could not get that deal done and now after a really good playoff run that deal is really not going to happen.

That being said I am staying the course on Rask and the B's. I think that Rask will play good and the team will not go to hell. Not super elite play but still top tier 1 goalie play in my league. We count: W, GAA, SV%, SO

Give me Rask, even on a weaker Bruins team.
I noticed your forum name and though the same thing. Anyway, my vote goes to Rask, for all the reasons mentioned aabout

Rask is easy choice for me. Im still not sold on Varl as a true #1guy..despite the Vezina nomination season. Rask is a pure elite goalie and I would want him despite the Bruins decline.

Come on people, Tuukka Rask. I'm astonished how many people are jumping off the Rask wagon - madness.

Dobber is less optimistic about him in the guide. Im keeping him for now in my last keeper spot but if a skater that i like comes available Id consider cutting him loose and hoping I can pick him up cheap in the draft.

my thoughts, first letter to last. Rask is still elite. Varlamov could conceivably put up better numbers all around in an individual season or two out of the next six, but I'd still take the mad Finn without hesitation here.

I'd go with Rask here. He's the better goalie. Plus, I'm not convinced Colorado will be all that much better this year. Granted they could surprise me.
