Acquired this guy in a trade... He's NA and I'm rebuilding big time. In a fairly standard roto yahoo salary cap league (sal based on average stats over the past 3 years), 14 teams, I'm 14th out of 13th by about 20 points... So I'm just wondering how far out is this guy and is he really worth holding onto?

    Roster:
    C - Ramos, Castro, Montero, P. O'Brien [NA]
    1B - Moreland
    1B/LF/RF - M. Trumbo
    2B/3B - L. Valbuena
    2B/3B/SS - C. Hernandez
    2B/SS - Flores
    3B - M. Carpenter, T. Plouffe
    SS - E. Andrus
    LF/CF/RF - E. Inciarte
    CF - A. Eaton
    RF - S. Moya [NA]
    SP - A. Sanchez, M. Wisler, N. Karns, C. Tillman, W. Chen, J. Ross, J. Hahn [DL], A. Cobb [DL], Y. Darvish [DL], K. Crick [NA]
    SP/RP - C. Heston, M. Banuelos,
    RP - F. Rodney, P. Neshek

Over your crop of young pitchers I'd say he ranks up there. He's worth holding onto, especially if you're rebuilding. He probably has the same value as a Wisler, though present day I'd rank Ross over Wisler.
