I've seen him play numerous times in Halifax and while he's a quick skater and likes the one timers, I find it hard to believe that he is the best shot in this draft class.

While fans understandably get caught up in the rankings of players on a “Big Board” in terms of their slotted position relative to other prospects, most scouting involves rating of a different kind.
