Here's an all-time classic that I encountered yet again this past weekend: @$$holes who bring glass containers into the pool area and, even worse, put them on the edge of the pool.

Oh god yes. Especially when it is clear glass.

If a brown beer bottle is broken at least the parts are a bit easier to find. Clear glass turns invisible in a pool... until stepped on, then you just search inside the cloud of blood that is released.

Raccoons and skunks that bite through my garbage bags in the wee hours before the garbage trucks collect them and leave a freakin' mess on my lawn.

Chicken wing bones and dirty Kleenexes make my GF and I look like pigs when we wake up in the morning. Oh, and I won't even talk about how they meticulously place the grossest stuff on our neighbour's lawn... Problem is that the city passes fairly early so we have to take them out the night before.

We've tried trash cans, double and triple bags, sprays and vinnegar; nothing works. They always find a way!!!

I have a neighbor that has family 4 house down. The woman DRIVES to their house. It's maybe 100 meters away. She's and her teenage son are both fat. Coincidence? And let's not even talk how shitty their yard looks. They are a small step above white trash.

Speaking of neighbours, it's 1:08am here and a douche 3 houses down is in his car with the music on full blast, most likely waiting for someone. My living room is trembling with bass (no pun)!

I feel your pain Bass.

We lived in a townhouse and had TERRIBLE neighbors that we shared walls with. I actually joined the townhouse board so I would have a bigger influence when dealing with these idiots. Issues that came up with them over the years- parking cars all over the place, loud music after midnight, parties on their deck during the week after 10:30 at night (most people have to work the next day), a pitbull barking nonstop when left unattended on their patio (called the police after 2 hours), leaving their pitbull to crap on their patio all over and not cleaning it up, nonstop noise from a bunch of kids in their house, and a 6-week every Saturday garage sale.

I often wondered if I was just being difficult but my wife lived in a lot of apartments and several townhouses before we met and she said they were easily the worst neighbors she'd ever seen. When they moved, we were happy for weeks.

We had this issue, we have a carport and just leave it in there now before bringing it to the street in the morning. The animals tend to just go down the road and not move up our driveway.

I’m in Ontario and we use a “Green Bin” which is like a compost pretty much. it has a locking lid, but raccoons soon figured out they can just jump on them and they pop open. A bungee cord over the top holding the lid down, and a clip holding the whole bin upright attached to the house is the only way they don’t get in anymore.

When an owner quits a dynasty league after:
a) the owner runs the team for a season making some terrible trades and signing a couple players to terrible long-term contracts; it then becomes very difficult to find a new owner since the team is in such bad shape.
b) the owner goes through the entire offseason making multiple signings and acquisitions only to quit the league right before the season starts for no apparent reason
c) the owner has wasted your time with multiple emails requiring long explanations about how the league is run only to quit before the season starts
d) the owner says he will join and trades a couple emails about the set-up only to ditch the league before the entry draft without saying a word. The owner does not respond to emails either.

All of this has taken place over the last year. And B and C was the same owner. I doubt I will ever be a commissioner of a league again.
