All right, I've waited long enough. I'm officially irked at my two fantasy football leagues, but one in specific. I have scored 528 points, but sit at 3-4 because I have 597 points against, easily the highest in the league. The leader has a 6-1 record, but has scored 500 points, but his 416 points against is easily the lowest in the league (by 60 points).

Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

Parents that turned their nose up at me for watching the world series pre-game and having a beer while handing out candy. Sorry Patty, but if you keep that up I'm going to hand out mushy crab apples next yr and you're going to have to deal with your child crying to you. And I'm poor, so I'm more than happy to go collecting for crab apples and save $40 in halloween candy.

People who don't read what was said in an email and ask a question that was directly answered within said email. Thankfully, I have a co-worker who insists on vetting my emails back to those people so I don't get fired.

When the HD feed on my chosen piece of programming cuts out.

While not quite an arm and a leg just yet, most cable packages do run you at least a couple digits and a spattering of blood each month (and yes, I realize there are various ways to typically avoid cable, but not really an option for me overall). The thing should work.

That happened a couple times last night, and I just shook my head at them in disapproval. One mother was getting two of everything for her twin boys who were "sick". While she does have twins, they are both in junior high and probably didn't need their mom to go trick or treating for them. Sad!

    1. I had a few young girls 'devour' my treat bucket last night - grabbed about 5-6 each to the point where I said 'enough enough' and let them be on their way. I think etiquette says 2-3 pieces maybe?
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.

my neighborhood is well known to be the place to go trick or treating. I went thru over 700 pieces of candy and that is being stingy with them. there are lines to get up on our porches and it lasts from 5pm to 9pm. Its one big party for the hood with all the parents out sharing beer and wine.

I make every kid say trick or treat no ifs ands or buts..

You just let them grab however much they want? Awesome! I don't know if I ever encountered that one as a kid...

yeah awesome place to live and raise a family. Our block has a lot of younger parents with newly born kids (all girls... LOL. we call them the Girls of 2nd Ave) and we all hang out on each others "wrap around" porches. Im in the wine and spirits business so the party typically ends up on my porch.
